Sugar free sweetened condensed milk

Hello and welcome to my blog!

With the holidays quickly approaching, I thought I'd share a quick and easy
recipe that will shave off calories and cut out sugar from some of your
holiday favorites...

No Sugar Sweetened Condensed Milk

Yes its true, you can indulge your sweet tooth -  and feel a little less
guilty this year -  by substituting this in any recipe that calls for a can
of sweetened condensed milk:

1 &1/3 cup of nonfat powdered milk
1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoons of Splenda
1/2 cup water

In a microwave safe bowl, you'll combine the powdered milk and the Splenda,
then stir with a wire whisk, add the water, and mix well.

Put this into the microwave on HIGH for 45-60 seconds or until its very hot
but NOT boiling (the time will vary depending on microwave size so please
watch carefully)
Remove the hot mixture from the microwave, set it on the counter, and mix
well with a wire whisk. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes then stir
once more, cover, and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours...

That's it! you now have a healthier version of a can of sweetened condensed
milk!
